A Neighborhood for Every Lifestyle
Wonderful North Oakland home with welcoming front porch, high ceilings and period details throughout. The home has a sunny updated kitchen and remodeled spa-like bathrooms. The kitchen leads to a park-like landscaped yard with native species plants. There is covered carport parking, tons of storage, and even a spacious chicken coop! Fabulously central location. A special home not to be missed!

The urban-suburban neighborhood of Bushrod is just 3-blocks wide, and is known as a “micro-hood." Because of its proximity to BART stations and major freeways, Bushrod is favored by many (including the growing population of young professionals). Plus, the neighborhood is just 25 minutes from downtown San Francisco.
Located in Alameda County in the City of Oakland, Bushrod is made up of mostly single-family homes ranging from $900,000 to $2 million. The homes offer diversity, as they vary in architectural styles.
Bushrod is also popular amongst fitness enthusiasts. There is a wide range of exercise opportunities from workouts in the park to indoor pilates studios. At the center of Bushrod is the newly renovated Bushrod Recreation Center. The center features an indoor gym, baseball and softball fields, weight rooms, a children's play structure, and more. The center even offers a refurbished education lab for kids.
Also referred to as a "walker's paradise," Bushrod residents have quick access to all the shops and eateries down College Avenue. They are just minutes away from neighborhood favorites like Café Colucci and Nomad Cafe. The homes in Bushrod are also close to Safeway and Whole Foods Market.
